Do you ship overseas?
Yes! We ship worldwide from Toronto, Canada. Shipping costs will be calculated and shown at checkout. Subscribe to our newsletter for exclusive discounts and promotions!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our standard order processing time is 2–3 business days.
- Within Canada: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.
- International orders: Delivery can take 10–30 business days, depending on your location and local customs processes.
You'll receive tracking details in your confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Which carrier do you use for shipping?
We work with several trusted carriers to make sure your package gets to you safely and on time. While Shopify may only display Canada Post and Purolator at checkout, we also ship with UPS and Canpar when needed.
Note: Canada Post is currently on strike, so all orders will be shipped via Purolator, UPS, or Canpar until further notice.
